LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Castro-Delgado
-Mara Lynn Castro-Delgado, 29; three counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), arrested Aug. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 6; preliminary hearing: Oct. 25; bail: $50,000 cash.
Nader
-Brian Scott Nader, 43; operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor – third offense; arrested Aug. 19 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 10; probable cause hearing: Oct. 18; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Gillespie
-Justyce Victoria Gillespie, 19; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; arrested July 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 5; probable cause hearing: Nov. 1; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Maul
-Danial C. Maul, 48; operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor – third offense; arrested Oct. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 5; probable cause hearing: Oct. 18; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Swiger
-Cynthia Ann Swiger, 49; four counts of larceny in a building, one count of larceny between $1,000 to $20,000, and possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested June 1, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 11; probable cause hearing: Oct. 25; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Sabre Dnay Allen, 38; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and disorderly drunk person; arrested Oct. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 8; preliminary hearing: Oct. 18; bail: $250/10 percent.
