79th District Court arraignments, posted Oct. 7, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
McNulty
-Daniel Gavin McNulty, 46; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested May 31, 2021 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 28, 2023; probable cause hearing: Oct. 25; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-Isabel Inez Grubius, 18; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Sept. 28 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 28; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
