LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Gale

-Travis Michael Gale, 30; delivery of a controlled substance causing death, delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested April 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 6; probable cause hearing: Sept. 20; bail: $100,000 cash.

Towns

-Lindsey Lee Towns, 33; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and second-offense domestic violence; arrested Aug. 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; probable cause hearing: Sept. 13; bail: $500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Wesley Ashton Ayers, 31; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Feb. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 31; pretrial: Sept. 18; bail: $250 cash.

-Raymond Anthony Gonzalez, 53; assault and battery; arrested July 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 18; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Rafael Segundo Ortiz, 28; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested June 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 18; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Terry Deetta Patten, 63; assault and battery; arrested Aug. 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 18; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Charles Clarence Wheaton, 45; domestic violence; arrested Aug. 30 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 18; bail: $500/10 percent.

-James Michael Ruble, 29; improper license plates; arrested Aug. 20 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 31; pretrial: Sept. 11; bail: personal recognizance.

-Stephanie Celine Zamudio, 46; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 31; pretrial: Sept. 11; bail: personal recognizance.

-Edward John Thompson, 69; failure to stop at the scene of an accident and failure to display a valid drivers license; arrested June 30 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 31; pretrial: Sept. 18; bail: $125 cash.

-Bruce Robert Sabby, 48; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 31; pleaded guilty.
