Gun buyback is Sept. 16
LUDINGTON — The Starfish Buyback Program is sponsoring another gun buyback event on Saturday, Sept. 16 , 2023 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Ludington Police Department, 408 S. Harrison St.
The buyback program was initiated in the spring of 2022. Three AR-style weapons were retrieved as a result of the buyback event in May of this year.
A $300 gift card will again be given for each weapon turned in that meets the criteria. The anonymity of the gun owner turning in the gun is guaranteed.
