LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Joseph

-Michael Charles Joseph, 59; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), improper license plates, and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested July 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 23; probable cause hearing: Sept. 6; bail: $10,000 cash.

Papadakos

-Nicole Marie Papadakos, 40; three counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and trespassing; arrested Aug. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 20; probable cause hearing: Aug. 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Michael Lee Terryn, 51; fire during a burn ban; arrested May 9 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 17; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: personal recognizance.

-Brittany Leigh Hernandez, 34; two counts of second-degree retail fraud; arrested March 2 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 17; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Tomasa Maria Johnson, 31; two counts of third-degree retail fraud; arrested May 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 17; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: personal recognizance.

-Dawson Logan Martinez, 19; domestic violence; arrested Aug. 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 17; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: $350 cash.

-Kevin James Kaiser, 29; assault and battery; arrested July 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 23; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: $1,000/10 percent.

-Larry Glen Hindman, 86; refusal to obey a traffic order from a police officer; arrested Aug. 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 17; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: personal recognizance.

-Dominic Joseph Garza, 39; reckless driving and expired plates; arrested July 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 17; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
