79th District Court arraignments, posted Aug. 21, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Christopher Joseph Schneider, 32; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion); arrested May 30, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 16; probable cause hearing: Aug. 30: bail: denied.
Williams
-James Clark Williams, 67; two counts of third-offense domestic violence, and second offense habitual offender; arrested Aug. 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 15; probable cause hearing: Aug. 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-Alexandria Arden Comstock, 23; second-degree retail fraud; arrested April 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 10; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Denise Lynn Comstock, 50; second-degree retail fraud; arrested April 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 10; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Elizabeth Ruth Anderson, 26; operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor; arrested Aug. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 10; pretrial: Sept. 11; bail: $250 cash.
-Keith Everett Orr, 22; operating a vehicle while intoxicated second offense, and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Aug. 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; pretrial: Sept. 11; bail: $750/10 percent.
-Jared Michael Chrysler, 33; public intoxication; arrested Aug. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 14; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Adam Cory Thaler, 43; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested July 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 10; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
-Garrett Allen Michaels, 23; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 10; pleaded guilty.
-Patrick Masiwchuk, 41; second-offense driving while license suspended; arrested July 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 10; pretrial: Aug. 28; bail: personal recognizance.
