The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, July 26, 2023:

• 1:33 a.m.,  (Mason County Sheriff’s Offie), ​a 28 year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued by the Michigan State Police — Detroit Metro post following a call reporting a suspicious person call at the Scottville Wesco, 100 block of North Main Street, City of Scottville.
• 3:52 p.m., (MCSO), a 35-year-old Pentwater woman was arrested on two outstanding failure to appear warrants for meth possession issued in Mason County, 6700 block of Lorne Drive, Riverton Township.
• ​6:58 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 70-year-old Livonia man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and possessing a firearm while intoxicated, ​900 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• ​11:27 p.m., (LPD), a 23-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic assault and battery, ​900 block of East Tinkham Ave​nue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail. The victim, a 19-year-old Ludington woman, sustained a small cut to her finger. The suspect was uninjured.
