79th District Court arraignments, posted July 23, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Horrigan
-Owen Joseph Horrigan, 18; two counts of fleeing and alluding a police officer, three counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police, and two counts of domestic violence; arrested July 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 14; probable cause hearing: July 26; bail: $25,000 cash.
Krauss
-Brent Douglas Krauss, 24; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested July 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 17; probable cause hearing: July 26; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Bobbie Joe Holder, 60; failure to stop after an accident; arrested May 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 13; pretrial: July 31; bail: $250 cash.
-Justyce Victoria Gillespie, 19; malicious destruction of personal property, retail fraud, and assault & battery; arrested May 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 18; pretrial: July 31; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Lucinda Ann Bolda, 49; second degree retail fraud; arrested May 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 13; pretrial: July 31; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Austin Robert Krieger, 22; public intoxication; arrested July 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 17; pretrial: July 31; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Jared Jay Towers, 22; failure to display a valid driver’s license; arrested July 6 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 13; pretrial: July 31; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jerome Lee Rosenogle, III, 36; furnishing tobacco to minors; arrested June 22 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 13; pleaded guilty.
-Brent Alan Mann, 50; driving while license suspended; arrested June 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 13; pretrial: July 31; bail: personal recognizance.
-Lidia Rocio Lopez-Guitierrez, 26; driving while license not valid; arrested July 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 14; pretrial: July 31; bail: personal recognizance.
-Stephen August Miller, 70; driving while license suspended; arrested April 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 19; pleaded guilty.
-Aaron Michael Murphy, 35; driving while license not valid, speeding, and no proof of insurance; arrested June 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 13; pretrial: July 31; bail: personal recognizance.
