51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted July 13, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Williams

– Eric Edward Williams, 43, pleaded guilty June 1, 2023 to possession of a controlled substance and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced July 11, 2023 to concurrent prison terms of 18 months to eight years with credit for 121 days served in jail; 18 months to four years with credit for 123 days served in jail; and 18 months to eight years with credit for 117 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs.

Lake

– Jacob Anthony Lake, 28, pleaded guilty May 30, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 11, 2023 to one year in jail with credit for 165 days served in jail; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Sorensen

– Dylan Thomas Sorensen, 27, pleaded guilty May 23, 2023 to interfering with electronic communications and pleaded “no contest” to aggravated domestic violence and was sentenced July 11, 2023 to one year in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $858 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

Eitniear

– Matthew Aaron Eitniear, 38, pleaded guilty May 30, 2023 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police received a delayed sentence, July 11, 2023, of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $726 in fines and costs. His sentence is delayed until June 11, 2024. One count of disorderly person was dismissed.
