51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted June 28, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

James

– Tony Lamontt James, 30, pleaded guilty Nov. 1, 2022 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced June 27, 2023 to four to 30 years in prison with credit for 180 days served in jail and $348 in fines and costs. James received a concurrent term of 195 days in jail with credit for 195 days served for probation violation.

Salisbury

– Mason Alan Salisbury, 34, pleaded “non contest” April 25, 2023 to two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and was sentenced June 27, 2023 to one year in jail with credit for seven days served; five years probation; and $466 in fines and costs. A third count of fourth-degree CSC was dismissed.

Lifer

– Morgan Ashley-Kay Lifer, 33, pleaded guilty March 22, 2023 to embezzlement $200-$1,000 and was sentenced June 27, 2023 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $525 in fines and costs. Charges of larceny by conversion $1,000-$20,000 and embezzlement $1,000-$20,000 were dismissed.

Michels

– Nicholas Lee-Scott Michels, 29, pleaded guilty April 20, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced June 27, 2023 to 144 days in jail with credit for 144 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
