51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted June 22, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Culp

Deanna Renee Culp, 48, was found guilty April 25 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced June 20 to 90 days in jail with credit for six days served; three years probation; and $1,033 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

Patrick Michael Miller, 59, pleaded guilty May 10 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced June 20 to 191 days in jail with credit for 191 days

served and $298 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.

Devon Joseph-Edwin Wakelin, 26, pleaded guilty May 2 to interfering with electronic communications and was sentenced June 20 to 11 months in jail with credit for 124 days served and $598 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

Bonnie Joan Graham, 62, pleaded guilty April 4 to harboring felons and received a delayed sentence June 20 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Her sentence is delayed until May 20, 2024, and the charge will be reduced upon successful completion of probation, her court records state.
