LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

-Trenten Thomas Armstrong, 26; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), four counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), two counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (non-narcotic), and felony firearms; arrested June 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 7; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $25,000 cash. Jablonski

-Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 31; felony firearms, possession of a weapon by a felon, and second offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 4, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 7; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $10,000 cash.

Hathaway

-Jasen David Hathaway, 38; fourth-degree fleeing police in a vehicle and second offense driving while license suspended; arrested April 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 13; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Newman

-Kylie Jane Newman, 22; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), arrested May 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 1; probable cause hearing: June 28; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Adolphson

-Darcie Lynne Adolphson, 37; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested June 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 2; probable cause hearing: June 28; bail: $5,000 cash.

Peterson

-Jeffrey Scott Peterson, 45; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested June 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 4; preliminary hearing: June 21; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Parks

-Dawson Alexander Parks, 23; failure to register as a sex offender; arrested March 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 13; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Thompson

-Xzavier Allen Thompson, 18; interfering with an electronic communications device; arrested May 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 14; probable cause hearing: June 28; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Hofmann

-Arian Lee Hofmann, 19; three counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or above; arrested June 10 by Michigan State Police; arraigned June 12; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Caldwell

-Melissa Renea Caldwell, 34; assault/resisting/obstructing police; arrested June 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 13; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Robinson

-Charles Bernard Robinson, 46; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct; arrested April 1, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 9; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $500 cash.

LaPorte

-Bobbie Jo LaPorte, 39; third-degree child abuse and two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police; arrested June 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 12; probable cause hearing: June 21; bail: $500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Jacqueline Grace Mansilla, 40; third-degree retail fraud; arrested May 6 by Michigan State Police; arraigned June 1; plea and sentencing: June 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Vern Walter North, 24; assault and battery; arrested May 28 by Michigan State Police; arraigned June 1; plea and sentencing: June 28; bail: $250 cash.

-Ashley Nicole Monroe, 25; domestic violence; arrested May 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 1; plea and sentencing: June 28; bail: personal recognizance.

-Steven Karl Krieg, 56; larceny between $200-$1,000; arrested May 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: personal recognizance.

-Troy Allen Myers, 56; domestic violence; arrested May 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: $250 cash.

-Alex Jake Lantz, 27; disorderly drunk person; arrested May 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: $500 cash.

-Adrian Aniceto Ramirez, 29; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested May 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: $500 cash.

-Ethan Michael Lawrence Sadler-Rybicki; 24; disorderly drunk person; arrested May 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 1; pleaded guilty.

-Felix Luis Berdecia, 51; domestic violence and assault and battery; arrested May 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 1; plea and sentencing: June 28; bail: $500 cash.

-Lucas Edward Castonia, 36; disorderly drunk person and malicious destruction of a building; arrested May 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: $250 cash.

-Brett William Sabby, 25; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested June 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 6; pretrial: June 26; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Joseph John Riley, 42; domestic violence; arrested June 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 6; pretrial: June 26; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Jeremy Allen Murphy, 33; three counts of domestic violence; arrested June 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 7; pretrial: June 26; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Tyler James Ward, 31; domestic violence; arrested June 13 by Michigan State Police; arraigned June 14; pretrial: June 26; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-James Robert Wicks, 56; second offense driving while license suspended; arrested May 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: personal recognizance.

-Donavan Anthony Szostak, 26; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested May 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 1; pretrial: June 26; bail: personal recognizance.
