The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Monday, June 12, 2023:

• 2:14 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 30-year-old Ludington man was cited for operating without insurance, South Pere Marquette Highway near US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 7 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway north of Kinney Road, Pere Marquette Township.
• 4:56 p.m.,  (Ludington Police Department), a 34-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for trespassing, disorderly conduct, obstructing police, and possession of a controlled substance, 900 block of East Ludington Ave​nue, City of Ludington . She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

Tuesday, June 13, 2023:

• 11:10 a.m., (MSP), a 31-year-old Scottville woman was arrested on a fugitive warrant, US 10 near the Shell gas station, City of Scottville.

Wednesday, June 14, 2023:

• 7:57 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road west of Gordon Road, Victory Township.
• 10:25 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Chauvez Road west of Darr Road, Eden Township.
