The following is activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday, June 6, 2023:

• 4:14 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway south of Conrad Road, Amber Township.
• 10:36 a.m., damaged property, 6400 block of West Jagger Road, Hamlin Township. The complainant reported the removal of surveyor stakes.
• 5:03 p.m., larceny, 6500 block of Beech Street, Hamlin Township. The complainant reported a cell phone stolen during transport from the distributor.
• 5:05 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Peterson Road, Victory Township.
• 8:55 p.m., a 49-year-old Fountain man was arrested on a probation violation warrant following a traffic stop, 3900 block of West US 10, Amber Township.
