LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Pierce
-Kristopher Drew Pierce, 30; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested Oct. 18, 2022 by SSCENT (State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement of Narcotics Team) ; arraigned May 31; probable cause hearing: date not set; bond: $5,000 cash.
Lara
-Jesus Lara, 47; third-offense domestic violence and second conviction habitual offender; arrested May 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 31; probable cause hearing: June 7; bond: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Jaralee Chaloux Sobers, 39; third-degree retail fraud; arrested April 14 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 31; pretrial: June 5; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Jason Joel Farmer, 34; disorderly drunk person; arrested May 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 31; pretrial: June 12; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Cristy Ann Pider, 40; driving while license suspended and operating with a forged/altered license; arrested May 5 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 31; pretrial: June 14; bail: $100 cash.
