The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, May 31, 2023:

• 2:18 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), assault, 6500 block East Sherman Street, Sheridan Township. A report is being forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office seeking charges against a 31-year-old Fountain woman following a 911 call reporting a fight.
• 6 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Tuttle Road, Custer Township.
• 8 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 32-year-old Hart woman was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant for a charge of driving under the influence of drugs, 300 block of North Delia Street, City of Ludington.
