51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted June 1, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Desmarais

– Andrew Michael Desmarais, 35, pleaded guilty March 21 to stealing/retaining a financial transaction device and second-degree retail fraud and was sentenced May 23 to 120 days in jail with credit for 120 days served and $681.75 in fines and costs.

Lamadline

– Robert Alan Lamadline, 32, pleaded guilty March 21 to carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced May 23 to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $683 in fines and costs. A second count of carrying a concealed weapon was dismissed.

Tristan Levine

– Tristan Roger Levine, 25, pleaded guilty April 4 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced May 23 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Merriman

– Christopher Lee Merriman, 43, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to breaking and entering a building with intent and felon in possession of weapons and was sentenced May 23 to one year in jail with credit for 424 days served; two years probation; and $666 in fines and costs.

Woods

– Ryan Ray Woods, 43, pleaded guilty March 21 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and operating while intoxicated with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced May 23 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $1,321 in fines and costs.

Hathaway

– Misty Marie Hathaway, 40, pleaded guilty April 11 to methamphetamine possession and larceny $1,000-$20,0000 was sentenced May 30 to 139 days in jail with credit for 139 days served; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Jacob Odenkirk

– Jacob Riley Odenkirk, 30, pleaded guilty April 4 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced May 30 to eight days in jail with credit for eight days served and $658 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.
