Deputies arrest man found ‘passed out and highly intoxicated’ in gas station parking lot 

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 27-year-old DeWitt, Michigan man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies “after he was found passed out and highly intoxicated” in the parking lot behind the Airport Shell gas station on West US 10 Sunday, May 28, around 4:30 a.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The man was lodged in the Mason County Jail and charged with disorderly person.
