LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Kalis
-Melinda Rae Kalis, 52; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested May 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 14; probable cause hearing: May 24; bail: $10,000 cash.
Barton
-Christina Lynne Barton, 60; assault/resisting/obstructing police and second offense habitual offender; arrested May 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 12; probable cause hearing: May 24; bail: $10,000 cash.
Joseph
-Michael Charles Joseph, 58; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested May 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 14; probable cause hearing: May 24; bail: $500/10 percent.
Solomon
-Jonathan Sherr Solomon, 31; two counts of unlawful imprisonment, domestic violence and third offense habitual offender; arrested May 12 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 15; probable cause hearing: May 24; bail: $10,000 cash.
Ramirez
-Jayden Edward Ramirez, 18; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested May 15 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned May 16; probable cause hearing: May 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Anaya
-Kelly Marie Anaya, 43; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested May 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 17; probable cause hearing: May 31; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Chick
-Michael Thomas Chick, 43, possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested March 14 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 15; probable cause hearing: May 24; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Sebastian Aaron James Cooper, 18; malicious destruction of personal property $200-$1,000; arrested April 12 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 11; pretrial: May 22; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Joel Anthony Patterson, 36; improper license plates; arrested April 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 11; pleaded guilty.
-Joseph Patrick Pascucci, 33; driving while license suspended and operating without security (no vehicle insurance); arrested April 22 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 11; pretrial: May 22; bail: personal recognizance.
-Carter Joseph Beerman, 20; driving while license suspended; arrested April 22 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 11; pretrial: June 12; bail: personal recognizance.
