79th District Court arraignments, posted April 20, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Vega
-Jacob Kyle Vega, 43; third-offense domestic violence and two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested April 13 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 14; probable cause hearing: April 26; bail: $10,000 cash.
Southern
-Dustin Ried Southern, 36; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and third offense habitual offender; arrested April 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 14; probable cause hearing: April 26; bail: $20,000 cash.
Misdemeanors
-Alecc Ramon Munoz, 18; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Sept. 5, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 13; pretrial: May 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Dwight Robert Hall, 37; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more; arrested April 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aril 13; pretrial: May 22; bail: $250 cash.
-Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 31; malicious destruction of personal property between $200-1,000; arrested April 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 17; pretrial: April 24; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Jacob Kyle Vega, 43; two counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 12, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 14; pretrial: April 26; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Halden Eric Seigneurie, 39; domestic violence; arrested April 17 by probation; arraigned April 18; pretrial: May 8; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Daniel David VanDyke, 47; driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance; arrested March 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 13; pretrial: May 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Gavin Allen Baerwolf, 22; driving while license expires; arrested March 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 13; pleaded guilty.
