VIDEO: MCC Bond Chat: Coach Krieger talks about the May 2 election

SCOTTVILLE — Bruce Krieger taught at Mason County Central High School for over three decades, beginning in 1966. He is one of two MCC coaches to have coached a state champion competitive team, the 1986 track team (Tom Richert is the other coach, who led the high school forensics team to the state championship). Krieger has also served twice as the mayor of the City of Scottville and remains a big Spartan booster. In this video he talks about the upcoming 1.6 mill increase proposal. The bond will raise $31.54 and if passed, the bond would focus on facility upgrades that will focus on safety, security, and bringing the school up to date in 21st century learning. Krieger says the need for building upgrades, including a community events center, is essential to the success of future MCC students.
