Babcock
-Shawn Michael Babcock, 45; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Mar. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Mar. 31; probable cause hearing: Apr. 12; bond: $10,000 cash.
Hathaway
-Brandon Charles Hathaway, 39; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Mar. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Mar. 31; probable cause hearing: Apr. 12; bond: $5,000 cash.

-David Roger Jensen, 59; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 7, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Apr. 2; probable cause hearing: Apr. 12; bond: $5,000/10 percent.

-Rafael James Sheeley, 19; first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim between ages 13-17); arrested Aug. 1, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Mar. 30; probable cause hearing: Apr. 12; bond: $500 cash.

-Alexis Mackenzie Gramza, 22; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Mar. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Mar. 30; pretrial: Apr. 24; bond: $250 cash.
-Rose Ellen Ray, 49; fourth-degree child abuse; arrested July 1, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Mar. 31; pretrial: Apr. 10; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Robert Thomas Ray, 31; fourth-degree child abuse; arrested July 1, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Mar. 30; pretrial: Apr. 24; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Jesse Marie Makowicki, 24; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Apr. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Apr. 5; pretrial: May 8; bond: $250/10 percent.
-Darrin Maruice Morgan, 53; public intoxication; arrested Mar. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Mar. 30; pretrial: Apr. 10; bail: $250 cash.
