Ludington man arrested for 3rd-offense domestic violence, 4th-offense habitual offender and 4 warrants

VICTORY TOWNSHIP —A 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday, April 4, shortly before 3:30 a.m. for third-offense domestic violence, fourth-offense habitual offender and on four outstanding warrants in the 3800 block of North Stiles Road, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Deputies were called to the scene following a 911 call reporting a disturbance. “During the investigation, it was discovered the subject in question also had four outstanding warrants for his arrest — one out of Muskegon County, one out of Mason County and two out of Oceana County,” said Sheriff Cole.
