79th District Court arraignments, posted March 31, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Lange
-Brian Adam Lange, 38; aggravated stalking and possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy); arrested March 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 27; probable cause hearing: April 5; bail: $10,000 cash.
Winston
-Deandre Cavelle Winston, 37; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested March 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 29; probable cause hearing: April 5; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Thrailkill
-Amy Jo Thrailkill, 50; first degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 28, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 24; probable cause hearing: April 5; bail: personal recognizance.
Misdemeanor
-Dawson Logan Martinez, 18; third offense minor in possession of alcohol; arrested Feb. 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Amber Ann Howell, 39; defrauding an innkeeper; arrested Feb. 17 by Michigan State Police; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Joseph Ray Handshoe, 31; five counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 6, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Abby Lynn Handshoe, 31; five counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 6, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Brittney Ann Marie Tomczyk, 34; truancy; arrested Dec. 5, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Daniel Leigh McWilliams, 39; truancy; arrested Jan. 3 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Amy Nicole McWilliams, 29; truancy; arrested Jan. 3 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Latresha Rae Palethorpe, 54; three counts of third degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; pretrial: April 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-David Marcellus, 57; assault and battery; arrested July 1, 2022 by Michigan State Police; arraigned March 29; pretrial: April 10; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Gregory Allan Tyndall, 31; driving while license suspended; arrested March 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Shawn Roy Gert Sluyter, 48; driving while license expired; arrested March 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 23; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
