LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Plasterer

-Kyle Robert Anthony Plasterer, 33; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim age 13-16) and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Aug. 4, 2019; arraigned March 15; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond denied.

Simpson

-Duwayne Simpson, 63; first-degree home invasion, assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested March 14; arraigned March 15; probable cause hearing: March 29; bond: $100,000 cash.  

Christoffersen

-Casey Eileen Christoffersen, 37; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and operating a vehicle without a license; arrested Nov. 20, 2022; arraigned March 13; probable cause hearing: March 22; bond: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Shook

-Michael Robert Shook, 47; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Jan. 9; arraigned March 12; probable cause hearing: March 22; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Bishop

 -Lindsey Nichole Bishop, 38; failure to return rented property $20,000 or more; arrested July 4, 2022; arraigned March 9; probable cause hearing: March 22; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Turowski

-Lori Louise Turowski, 49; third offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless driving, transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle, and second offense habitual offender; arrested March 12; arraigned March 13; probable cause hearing: March 22; bond: $1,000/10 percent.

-Heather Marie Vinton, 47; domestic violence; arrested Feb. 16; arraigned March 9; pretrial March 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Braitin Ramirez, 27; truancy; arrested Jan. 4; arraigned March 9; pretrial March 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Arthur James Spinner, 51; aggravated assault; arrested Feb. 9; arraigned March 9; pretrial March 27; bail: $500 cash.

-Cassandra Lynn Koob, 32; truancy; arrested Sept. 9, 2022; arraigned March 9; plea and sentencing: April 12; bail: personal recognizance.

-Vicky Lynn Dawson, 72; failure to stop after an accident; arrested Feb. 15; arraigned March 9; pretrial: March 27; bail: personal recognizance.

-Matt Edward Ahlgren, 34; truancy; arrested Sept. 19; arraigned March 9; pretrial: March 27; bail: personal recognizance.

-Rachel Leigh Gutierrez, 28; aggravated assault; arrested March 3; arraigned March 9; pretrial: March 27; bail: $500 cash.

-William James Collier, 39; second offense domestic violence; arrested March 6; arraigned March 9; pretrial: March 27; bail: $500 cash.

-Jared James Garten, 23; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 5; arraigned March 9; pretrial: April 10; bail: $250 cash.

-Trinidad Ray Rios, 51; domestic violence; arrested March 5; arraigned March 9; pretrial: March 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Annastasia Victoria Kemper, 31; driving on an expired license and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Feb. 3; arraigned March 9; pretrial: March 27; bail: $125 cash.

-Chester Daniel King, 40; driving while license not valid; arrested March 1; arraigned March 9; pleaded guilty.
