LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Skofic
-Bradley James Skofic, 22; two counts of larceny in a building; arrested Feb. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 27; probable cause hearing: March 8; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Jesse James Bays, 41; second offense driving while license suspended and operating on a forged license; arrested Feb. 4, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Feb. 23, 2023; pretrial: March 13; bail: $250 cash.
-Terre Rashida Green, 27; three counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 21, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 13; bail: $250 cash.
-Sean Christopher Englebrecht, 51; truancy; arrested Dec. 7, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Joshua David Spore, 37; truancy; arrested Sept. 5, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Sally Ann Mishler, 43; two counts of truancy; arrested Jan. 2 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Darrell Leigh Wright, 61; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle; arrested Feb. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 27; bail: $500 cash.
-Antonio Mauricio Ramirez, 25; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Feb. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 23; pretrial: March 27; bail: $250 cash.
-Melissa Ann Milanowski, 48; second degree retail fraud; arrested Feb. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 24; pretrial: March 9; bail: $1,000 cash.
-Rikeshia Marie Simpson, 24; domestic violence; arrested Feb. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 28; pretrial: March 13; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Dale Skyler Simerson, 44; third degree retail fraud; arrested Feb. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 1; pretrial: March 6; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Jeffrey Scott Adamczak, 48; operating without security (no vehicle insurance), no plate/expired registration, and seat belt violation; arrested Feb. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 14; pretrial: March 13; bail: personal recognizance.
