Man sentenced to prison for drug manufacturing, dealing

LUDINGTON — Tommie Lee Green, 48, was sentenced Tuesday, Feb. 28, in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court to serve six to 30 years in prison for drug manufacturing and dealing. 

Green was initially charged with four felony drug charges following a Feb. 14, 2022 arrest by SSCENT (State, Sheriff, Chief’s Enforcement of Narcotics Team) and Mason County Sheriff’s Office. Those charges included three counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one count of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. 

On Jan. 6, 2023 he pleaded guilty to three of the counts with one of the delivery/manufacturing counts being dismissed in a plea agreement. He was given credit for 312 days served in jail.
