LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Russell

-Caleb Isiah Russell, 19; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion); arrested Feb. 8 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 9; probable cause hearing: Feb. 22; bail: $50,000 cash.

Jablonski

-Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 30; third-degree criminal sexual conduct and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct; arrested Jan. 21; arraigned Feb. 10; probable cause hearing: Feb. 22; bail: $50,000 cash.

Wallace-Hill

-Cody Douglas Wallace-Hill, 26; embezzlement by an agent or trustee between $1,000-$20,000; arrested June 23, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 9; probable cause hearing: Feb. 22; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Mazeika

-Daniel Gregory Mazeika, 42; two counts of failure to pay child support/leaving the state; arrested Oct. 1, 2020; arraigned Feb. 14; probable cause hearing: Feb. 22; bail: $10,000 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Jason Robert Olk, 40; third degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 9; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $500 personal recognizance. 

-Jacob Kyle Vega, 43; truancy; arrested Sept. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 9; pretrial: Mar. 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Keith Douglas Weiner, 64; domestic violence; arrested Feb. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 14; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Stephanie Marie Smith, 42; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 9; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: personal recognizance. 

-Cameron Wayne Morton, 22; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and restricted license violation; arrested Jan. 24 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 9; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: personal recognizance. 

-Jonathan Sherrod Solomon, Jr., 31; operating without a license; arrested Jan. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 9; pretrial: Mar. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
