Woman sustains non-life-threatening injuries in 2-vehicle US 10 crash

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 57-year-old Mason County woman was transported by Life EMS to Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, according to Mason County Undersheriff Derrek Wilson.

The following is other activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2023:

  • 4:48 a.m., malicious destruction of property to a vehicle, 300 block of Amber Road, Amber Township.
  • 6:20 a.m., alarm activation, 5000 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 7:42 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Hawley Road near Appleton Road, Riverton Township.
  • 6:48 p.m., a 60-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants in a vehicle following a traffic stop, US 10 and Meyers Road, Amber Township. He was lodged at the Mason County Jail.
