LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Graham
-Bonnie Joan Graham, 62; harboring felons; arrested Jan. 25 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 2; probable cause hearing: Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Chrysler
-Jared Michael Chrysler, 32; first degree home invasion, assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 2; probable cause hearing: Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.
Michaels
-Nicholas Lee Scott Michels, 28; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Oct. 17, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 3; probable cause hearing: Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Sweet
-Margaret Ann Sweet, 66; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Feb. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 6; probable cause hearing: Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

-Carl Lee Herring, 32; assault/resisting/obstructing police and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Feb. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 6; probable cause hearing: Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Sumner
-Kurstin Anne Marie Sumner, 38; assault/resisting/obstructing police; arrested Feb. 5 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 6; probable cause hearing: Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Martinsen
-Zachary Scott Martinsen, 29; reckless driving causing death; arrested Oct. 25, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 8; probable cause hearing: Feb. 22 at 1 pm. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-David Michael Wood, 50; four counts of assault and battery; arrested Feb. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 7; pretrial: Feb. 13; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
-Bradley Daniel Gilman, 33; truancy; arrested Sept. 26, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 2; pretrial: Feb. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Josiah Robert Fenner, 18; third degree retail fraud; arrested Nov. 4, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 2; pretrial: Feb. 13; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Jacob Ray Warner, 58; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and no license; arrested Jan. 18 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 2; pretrial: Feb. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
