LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Eddie Rogers

-Eddie Keith Rogers, 66; assault/resisting/obstructing police and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 26; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Stanley James Welc, 45; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested May 27, 2022 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Rudy Lee Walkley, 33; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Dec. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 6; bail: personal recognizance.

-Rachel Marie McLain, 41; truancy; arrested Dec. 13 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 6; bail: personal recognizance.

-Marissa Lynn Scherf, 44, operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Jan. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $250 cash.

-Bryan Daniel Tucker, 54; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Jan. 26 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 27; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Tyler Michael Chavalia, 30; operating without a license; arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Ryan Joseph Anthony, 36; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 27; bail: personal recognizance.

-Brian Levi Morkert, 40; improper license plates; arrested Jan. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 26; pleaded guilty.
