LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023 in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court. 

Bruner

– Bryan Lewis Bruner, 35. Offense date: Sept. 17, 2022. Arrested by Michigan State Police. Count 1, operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious injury (guilty plea); count 2, failure to stop at a scene of an accident resulting in serious impairment (dismissed). Sentencing: Count 1: six months jail with credit for 17 days served; two years probation; fines/fees.

Eichler

– Lance Craig Eichler, 48. Offense date: Nov. 8, 2021. Arrested by Michigan State Police. Assault with a dangerous weapon/felonious assault – attempted (guilty plea). Sentencing: 12 months jail with credit for 231 days served; 18 months probation; fines/fees.

Prutch

– Laura Lynne Prutch, 61. Offense date: July 14, 2021. Arrested by Michigan State Police. Assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer (guilty plea). Sentencing: Three days jail with credit for three days served; 24 months probation; fines/fees.
