LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Huizingh

-Nathaniel Doug Huizingh, 28, two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police; arrested Dec. 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 31; probable cause hearing: Jan. 11; bail: $500/10 percent.

Murrey

-Joshua Lewis Boyd Murrey, 18, possession of a controlled substance (analogues); arrested Jan. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 4; probable cause hearing: Jan. 18; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Louanne Melissa Snider, 68, third-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving without a license; arrested Dec. 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 31; probable cause hearing: Jan. 11; bail: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Chadwick John Howe, 39, operating a vehicle without security (no insurance); arrested Dec. 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 3; pretrial: Jan. 30; bail: $100/10 percent.
