Circuit court sentencings, posted Jan. 7, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced on Jan. 3, 2023 in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court: 

Cruz

– Denise Cruz, 28: Two separate cases,  two charges of controlled substance possession, methamphetamine/ecstasy, one year jail with credit, for 483 days served, fines and fees. Separate case (third case): Count 1, controlled substance delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, 30 months to 20 years imprisonment with credit for 294 days served; count 2, maintaining a drug house, dismissed, fines and fees. Concurrent with previous sentences. 

Canty

– Lillian Denise Canty, 58: Counts 1 and 2, check – no account, two days jail with credit for two days serviced; 11 months probation, concurrent, fines and fees. 

McKendrick

– David Cameron McKendrick, 57: Count 1, controlled substance possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, 10 months jail with credit for 165 days served, fines/fees.
