LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felony

Gauthier

-Robert Michael Gauthier, 29, two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and domestic violence; arrested Nov. 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 13; probable cause hearing: Nov. 23; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Shanna Michelle Rae Tetzlaff, 22, failure to stop after an accident and driving while license suspended, arrested Oct. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 10; pretrial: Nov. 28; bail: personal recognizance.

-Rolando Vasquez-Rodriguez, 43, operating a vehicle without a license; arrested Sept. 29 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 16; pleaded guilty.

-Alex Sage Michael Gilbert, 21, improper license plates; arrested Oct. 27 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 10; pretrial: Dec. 5; bail: personal recognizance.

-Noelle Renee Pasterer, 28, improper license plates; arrested Oct. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 10; pretrial: Nov. 21; bail: personal recognizance.
