PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 49-year-old Hart man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding failure warrant in Oceana County Tuesday, Nov. 15, shortly before 10:55 p.m. in Cartier Park, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

“During the arrest, the suspect was reportedly found to be in possession of suspected meth,” said Sheriff Cole.

The following is other activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022:

• 10:40 a.m., one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
• 2 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 east of Custer Road, Custer Township.
