LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Hathaway
-Jason David Hathaway, 38; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested April 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 24; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $500/10 percent.
Sloan
-Sarah Renee Sloan, 19; first degree home invasion; arrested April 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 20; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Nettles
-Michael Owen Nettles, 31; third offense domestic violence and second offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 24; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Weisenburger
-Kyle Daniel Weisenburger, 25; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and domestic violence; arrested Oct. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 25; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $500/10 percent.
Woods
-Ryan Ray Woods, 42; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and third offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 24; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Andrew Brian Azzopardi, 56; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating an unregistered vehicles; arrested Oct. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 20; pretrial: Nov. 21; bail: $250 cash.
-Charles John Jensen, 45; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 20; pretrial: Nov. 14; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Derek Allen Dryden, 27; malicious destruction of property; arrested Oct. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 20; pretrial: Nov. 14; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Heinz Emil Zielke, 46; second offense driving while license suspended; arrested Oct. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 20; pretrial: Nov. 14; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Timothy Virgil Amburgey, 56; driving while license suspended; arrested Oct. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 25; pretrial: Nov. 7; bail: $100/10 percent.
-Bradley James Michels, 30; improper license plates; arrested Oct. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 20; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: personal recognizance.
