LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Lopez

-Tony Jerome Lopez, 48, assault with a dangerous weapon, home invasion and second offense habitual offender; arrested Sept. 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 17; probable cause hearing: Oct. 26; bail: $10,000 cash.

Smith

-Alyxander Carl Smith, 29, three counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Sept. 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 19; probable cause hearing: Nov. 9; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Hathaway

-Tessey Lee Hathaway, 41, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), malicious destruction of property and domestic violence; arrested June 25, 2021 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 19; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Zuber

-Joseph Kendall Zuber, 30, breaking & entering and second offense habitual offender; arrested May 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 14; probable cause hearing: Oct. 26; bail: $250/10 percent.

Moody

-Charles Keith Moody, 33, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Aug. 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 17; probable cause hearing: Oct. 26; bail: $500/10 percent.

Jackomino

-Dawn Marie Jackomino, 19, first-degree retail fraud; arrested April 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 19; probable cause hearing: Nov. 2; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Shira

-Patrick Allen Shira, 29, assault with a dangerous weapon and second offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 14; probable cause hearing: Oct. 26; bail: none listed.

Mills

-Dakota Lee Mills, 23, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearms, operating a vehicle while intoxicated second offense, transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle; arrested Oct. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 14; probable cause hearing: Oct. 26; bail: $500/10 percent.

Buck

-Garrett Scott Buck, 30, assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence and third offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 17; probable cause hearing: Oct. 26; bail: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Kyla Raquel Navarro, 22, disorderly drunk person; arrested Sept. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: personal recognizance.

-Jared Michael Miller, 21, failure to report an accident; arrested Sept. 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: personal recognizance.

-Duane Michael Duggan, 59, second offense driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: personal recognizance.

-William James Collier, 38, breaking & entering; arrested Oct. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 14; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Rolando Vasquez-Rodriguez, 43, operating without security (no vehicle insurance) and driving without a valid license; arrested Sept. 29 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: personal recognizance.

-Christopher Aaron Plasterer, 26, improper license plates, operating without security (no vehicle insurance) and driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: personal recognizance.

-Tim Francis Boynton, 57, disorderly conduct; arrested Sept. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: personal recognizance.

-Richard Eugene Jennings, 38, illegal baiting while hunting; arrested Oct. 1 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Nov. 21; bail: personal recognizance.

-James Rolfe McCray, 62, fishing with illegal gear (treble hook); arrested Sept. 25 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Oct. 13; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: personal recognizance.
