LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Horacek

-Douglas Paul Horacek, 41; first-degree criminal sexual conduct; arrested Feb. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 2; probable cause hearing Sept. 14; bond $10,000 cash.

Russell

-Adam Troy Russell, 48; possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy) and third-offense habitual offender; arrested May 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 6; probable cause hearing Sept. 14; bond $5,000 personal recognizance.

Willard

-Taylor James Willard, 28; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) and domestic violence; arrested Sept. 2 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 4; probable cause hearing Sept 14; bond $250/10 percent.

McDonald

-Christopher Aaron McDonald, 36; third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor; arrested Sept. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 7; probable cause hearing Sept. 21; bond $500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors 

-Abbigail Jo O’Rourke, 18; retail fraud and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Aug. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial Sept. 19; bond: personal recognizance.

-Emily Marie Taylor, 33; domestic violence; arrested July 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial Sept. 19; bond: $500 personal recognizance.

-Danielle Renae Perow, 34; second-offense diving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 12; bond: personal recognizance. 

-John Thomas Sayles, 19; retail fraud; arrested Aug. 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: $500 personal recognizance.

-Dustin Joseph Shereda, 34; second-offense driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: personal recognizance.

-Garth Allen Lemere, 23; larceny less than $200 and disorderly person disturbing the peace; arrested July 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: personal recognizance.

-Morgan Montana Svidron, 31; disorderly person disturbing the peace; arrested Aug. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: $250 cash.

-Matthew Daniel McFadden, 36; domestic violence; arrested Aug. 3 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial Sept. 19; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Samantha Jean Brink, 33; second-offense domestic violence; arrested May 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 2; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Martin John Conway, 55; disorderly drunk person; arrested Aug. 17 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 1; pleaded guilty.

-Shwanee Katherine Chapa, 31; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 12; bond: personal recognizance.

-Jared Michael Chrysler, 32; driving while license suspended and improper license plates; arrested Aug. 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: personal recognizance.

-Dylan Thomas Sorensen, 26; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: personal recognizance.

-Judy Lynn Fletcher, 55; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 1; pretrial: Sept. 19; bond: personal recognizance.
