LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court: 

Felonies

Medina

– Jeffrey J. Medina, 25; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police office (two counts); trespassing; arrested on June 30, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 1, 2022; bond, $250, 10%; preliminary examination, July 20, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.

Hill

– Jesse Jacob Hill, 32; controlled substance – delivery/manufacturing methamphetamine; controlled substance – possession of narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer (two counts); arrested July 3, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 3, 2022; bond, $50,000 cash or surety; preliminary examination, July 20, 2022 at 1:30 p.m .

Lafreniere

– Jaydee Vernon Lafreniere, 39; bringing contraband into a prison/jail; habitual offender – fourth offense; arrested July 2, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 5, 2022; bond, $50,000 cash or surety; preliminary examination, July 20, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. 

Misdemeanors

– Donald Lee Fargo, 53; assault and battery; arrested on June 30, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 1, bond, $2,500; pre-trial hearing, July 25, 2022 at 3 p.m. 

• Dustin Joseph Shereda, 34; operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense; driving while license suspended or revoked – second offense; arrested July 4, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 6, 2022; bond, $2,500; pre-trial hearing, July 15, 2022 at 8:45 a.m.
• Jill Katherine Jebavy, 59; domestic violence; arrested on July 3, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 5, 2022; bond, $250, 10%; pre-trial hearing, July 25, 2022 at 9:15 a.m.
