LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court on Tuesday, June 28, 2022: 

Bates

– Andrew Robert Bates, 31; count 1: unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle; count 2, stolen property – receiving and concealing a motor vehicle; count 3: unlawful use of a motor vehicle (misdemeanor); counts 1 and 2 dismissed as part of plea agreement; two days jail with credit for two days served; 12 months probation; fines/fees.

Cripe

– Matthew James Cripe, 31; counts 1, 2, 3: assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; count 4: domestic violence; count 2 dismissed in plea agreement; counts 1 and 3: two days jail, 18 months probation; count 4: 93 days in jail with credit for two days served; sentences run concurrent; fines/fees.

Holey

– Zada Ann Holey, 27; count 1: possession of methamphetamine; counts 2, 3, 4: assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; counts 1, 4 dismissed in plea agreement; count 2: 12 months in jail with credit for 159 days served; two years probation; count 3: 12 months jail, credit for 159 days served, two years probation; sentences run concurrent; fines/fees.

Krieger

– Austin Robert Krieger, 21; counts 1 and 2: uttering and publishing; count 2 dismissed in plea agreement; 12 months jail with credit for 120 days served, two years probation; fines/fees.

McLain

– Destiny Marie Mclain, 23; retail fraud – first degree; two days jail with credit for two days served; 12 months probation; fines/fees.

Rose

– James Allen Rose, Jr., 42; count 1: home invasion – second degree; count 2: domestic violence; count 3: home invasion – third degree; count 1 dismissed; count 2: 93 days in jail with credit for 96 days served; count 3: 96 days in jail with credit for 96 days served; sentences run concurrent; fines/fees. 

Southern

– Dustin Ried Southern, 35; count 1: controlled substance possession of methamphetamine; count 2: dangerous weapons – miscellaneous; count 2 dismissed in plea agreement; 1 year jail with credit for 107 days served; two years probation; fines/fees.
