LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced on felony charges in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Aguilar

– Sara Rose Aguilar, 32, of 3846 Maple Dr., Wellston; controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy; offense date, Aug. 24, 2021; one day in jail with credit for one day served, 10 months probation; delayed sentence, next hearing scheduled for March 28, 2023 at 1 p.m.; $458 fines/fees.

Clemens

– Dustin Lee Clemens, 32, of 715 Seventh St., Baldwin; controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy; offense date, March 3, 2021; nine months in jail with credit for 52 days served, two years probation; $598 fines/fees. 

Gonzalez

– Benito Gonzalez; forgery, two counts; uttering and publishing, two counts; false pretenses, $1000 or more but less than $20,000, two counts; uttering and publishing – attempted, two counts; offense date, Oct. 22, 2019; plea agreement called for guilty plea on uttering and publishing – attempted, two counts, in exchange for dismissing other charges; 12 months in jail with credit for 12 months time served; two years probation; $6,799.74 fines/fees.
