The following recent death information has been reported to MCP:
- Cory Padron, 35, of Ludington, died on Saturday, April 16, 2022. Funeral arrangements are pending at Wyman Funeral & Cremation Services in Scottville.

Bernita Beraton, 99, of Ludington, died on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Arrangements have been entrusted to Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington, www.oakgroveludington.com.
- A graveside service with military honors will be held for James Earl Johnson, who died on February 2, 2022, at Lakeview Cemetery on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 1 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

A memorial service will held for Dorothy “Dort” Ruth Overholt on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. with visitation starting at 10 am at Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington.
