30th Gus Macker tournament registration now open. 

LUDINGTON — Registration is under way for the three-on-three charity Gus Macker basketball tournament at Stearns Park Beach. The 30th occurrence of the Ludington tournament  is scheduled for June 18-19 and will include 700 teams. The event was not held in 2020 and 2021. 

The tournament, sponsored by the Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce benefits local sports and service clubs, and organizers.

In 2019, Ludington tournament resulted in over $27,500 in donations back to the community. The Family Resource Center and high school athletic departments were among the recipients.

Registration for each team of four players is $180 and ends May 30 at 5 p.m. For more information or to register, see macker.com/ludington-mi.
