The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, March 2, 2022:

  • 10:02 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, minor injury, Meyers Road north of Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 12:27 p..m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, minor injury, US 10 and Meyers Road, Amber Township.
  • ​7:50 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 46-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding Muskegon County warrant for assault and a 36-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding Manistee County warrant for larceny, 100 block of North Franklin Street, City of Ludington. Both suspects were lodged in the Mason County Jail.
  • ​9:33 p.m., (LPD), ​a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding Newaygo County warrant for unpaid child support, 200 block of South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
