51st Circuit Court sentencings, Feb. 28, 2022.

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Lanore

Jamie Lynn Lanore, 38, of 8619 S. Arner Rd., Fremont, was found guilty Dec. 14, 2021 of carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Feb. 22, 2022 to 125 days in jail with credit for 125 days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Kayla Jean Johnson, 29, of 4234 Stone Rd., Onondaga, Michigan, was found guilty Jan. 4, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Feb. 22, 2022 to 28 days in jail with credit for 28

days served; three years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). In a separate file, Johnson pleaded “no contest” to larceny from a motor vehicle and was convicted by the court of second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced to 23 days in jail with credit for 23 days served; two years probation; and $228 in fines and costs. Sentences run concurrently.

Mark Allen Nash, Sr., 59, of 4124 W. Kinney Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Jan. 11, 2022 of felon in possession of firearms, felon in possession of ammunition and second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Feb. 22, 2022 to 90 days in jail with credit for two days served; three years

probation; and $726 in fines and costs. “Defendant to serve 90 days in jail in 30-day increments starting Feb. 25, 2022 at 8 p.m. Probation to schedule the remaining two blocks of 30 days,” his court records state. Two counts of felony firearm were dismissed.
