FREE SOIL TOWNSHIP —A 20-year-old Manistee woman received non-life-threatening injuries after the vehicle she was driving left the road, struck a tree, and rolled over Wednesday, Feb. 9, shortly before 8 p.m. on US 31 north of Koenig Road, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

  • ​1:35 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic assault and battery, 600 block of East Melendy Street​, City of Ludington. The victim, a 39-year-old Ludington woman, complained of back pain and arm pain. No medical treatment was sought. The suspect was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
