Since 2012, Mason County Press has been serving Mason County with free, online news. We do this through the generous support of our advertisers and also individuals who contribute financially to our service. It is my goal to never have a pay wall between the reader and the news. We are very thankful to the advertisers who support this service along with the individuals who contribute. Please consider becoming one of those contributors (or if you own a business, please contact us about advertising). Mason County Press and its companion site, Oceana County Press (established in 2014), are the only locally owned news services in Mason and Oceana counties.
