LUDINGTON — The following criminal proceedings took place in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felony Arraignments

Tanis

– Tammy Louise Tanis, 58, of 110 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 22 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and misdemeanor charges of trespassing and malicious destruction to a building less than $200. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 5 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Fitch

-Kevin Allan Fitch, 32, of 1007 Forest Ave., Manistee, was arrested Dec. 22 by LPD on a felony charges of third offense domestic violence and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 5 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.

Misdemeanor Arraignments

-Neal Barton Guss, 29, of 4931 N. Cleveland St., Fountain; Dec. 19; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Jan. 3 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $100 cash.
