Today, on Crown and Cork TV, Executive Chef Tyler Rolan makes the popular London Broil and Caribbean Shrimp.
Tyler’s love of creating culinary art comes from spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother and his mother. A graduate of Ludington High School, Tyler has worked at several local restaurants and spent three summers working in Alaska.
“Those times with my grandmother and mother in the kitchen helped me blossom into my love for food and my yearning to learn more about it,” he says.
“What I really appreciate about Crown and Cork is that we really care about our food. We have great ingredients. Our food is loved and cared about and we share those qualities with our guests.”
